Lawn Mower Recycling in Metro Atlanta

Do you have a broken, unused, or outdated lawn mower taking up space in your garage or yard? Bring it to Fulton Metals Recycling, where we turn old metal equipment into valuable, reusable materials.

We accept push mowers, riding mowers, and electric mowers for recycling—no appointment needed. With convenient locations throughout metro Atlanta, it’s never been easier to dispose of your old equipment responsibly and get paid for the metal inside.

Why Recycle Lawn Mowers?

Lawn mowers are made with valuable metals like steel, aluminum, and copper. By recycling them, you help prevent environmental harm while reclaiming usable resources.

Recycling helps:

  • Keep heavy, bulky items out of landfills
  • Conserve natural resources by reusing existing metals
  • Reduce pollution from metal production
  • Ensure harmful fluids and components are disposed of properly

What You Need to Know Before Dropping Off

To recycle your lawn mower:

  • Drain all fluids (oil, gas, etc.) before bringing it in
  • Remove the battery (we recycle batteries separately—ask us how!)
  • Make sure the mower is free of grass, dirt, and personal belongings
  • Bring a valid government-issued ID for processing
